With nearly three decades of field experience and a U.S. Navy background, Faz brings discipline, teamwork, and precision to every project. Over his career, he’s played a key role in more than 4,000 drill-outs and hundreds of frac operations, earning a reputation for solving complex challenges where others couldn’t.


A pioneer in sustainable oilfield chemistry, Faz was among the first to champion high-performance, environmentally responsible formulations, proving that green chemistry doesn’t mean weak chemistry. His expertise spans surfactant science, polymer chemistry, nano-lubricants, and produced-water treatment, helping operators enhance flow, reduce friction, and extend equipment life.

Beyond his work, Faz is a proud Navy veteran, devoted husband, and family man who believes chemistry should serve people — not the other way around.

Blaine Graham – Chief Operating Officer

Blaine Graham is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with over 15 years of hands-on operational experience, specializing in water treatment, chemical solutions, and solids management. His career began with a service company supporting field operations, progressed into a role as an operator, and ultimately led to co-founding a support company dedicated to helping operators improve efficiency and performance.


Throughout his career, Blaine has played a key role in advancing treatment chemistry and operational effectiveness within the water and solids sector. Under his leadership, his company has become a trusted partner in the field, known for its commitment to integrity, safety, and honest business practices.


Blaine and his team work closely with clients to solve complex challenges in a cost-effective, safe, and sustainable way, delivering long-term value for both operators and the industry.


When he’s not working, Blaine loves spending time with his family, hitting the open road on his motorcycle, and exploring the amazing sights our country has to offer.

Tim Williams – Operations Manager – Treatment Solutions 

Tim Williams is a seasoned operations and logistics professional with over 20 years of experience in the oil, gas, and water treatment industries. Based in Odessa, Texas, he is recognized for his leadership, organization, and ability to drive efficiency across energy services and supply chain operations.


He has held management roles with GTUIT, Gradiant Energy Services, FMC Technologies, and Craig Energy, overseeing logistics coordination, procurement, and plant operations with a strong focus on safety and performance.


In addition to his oilfield experience, Tim owned and operated an auto glass business for 15 years, gaining hands-on expertise in entrepreneurship, customer service, and business management and further enhancing his leadership and ability to deliver dependable results.


Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and supporting the Midland Rockhounds with his wife.

Chisum Moore – Vice President of Operations – Environmental Services

Chisum serves as Vice President of Operations at Trovec, bringing over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His leadership spans a wide range of projects, including natural disaster cleanup, pit remediation, and large-scale environmental restoration. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork,


Chisum plays a key role in driving Trovec’s operational excellence across all divisions — including solids management, environmental services, treatment solutions, and the company’s chemical program. He understands that each division must work in harmony to deliver the highest level of service and ensure successful outcomes for every project


Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for family and friends and watching his boys play sports.

Lindsey Simonton – Director of Business Management 

With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and technical field services across the oil and gas industry, Lindsey has built a proven reputation for driving growth, improving efficiency, and strengthening customer relationships across multiple basins.


She began her career with NGL Water Solutions, playing a key role in expanding operations across the Permian and Delaware Basins, Eagleford Basin, DJ Basin and Bakken before advancing into leadership roles with High Roller Group, Milestone Environmental Services, and Bosque Disposal Systems.


Lindsey’s expertise spans solids control, water treatment, waste management, and chemical applications — combining technical insight with a customer-first approach. Known for her ability to align operational performance with client goals, she consistently delivers strategic solutions that enhance productivity, profitability, and long-term sustainability within the oilfield services industry.


In her spare time, she is first and foremost a devoted mother, dedicating her time to her children’s learning, growth, and the new adventures they take on together.

Terry Walraven – Operations Manager – Solids Management 

Coming from a six-generation oilfield family, Terry has spent his life around drilling rigs and the people who keep running. After graduating from Ebarb High School and attending LSU, he officially started his oilfield career with Smith International, where he spent 14 years gaining extensive experience in drilling operations and downhole tools.


He went on to work with Brandt for nine years, expanding his knowledge in solids control and fluid management, and even picked up extra work with Nabors and Patterson on his days off. Over the years, he’s also worked with Viper and Big West in North Dakota and later with Wise, managing crews and overseeing daily operations.


With experience in nearly every position on a rig — from Floor Hand to Tool pusher — Terry brings a deep understanding of the field and a hands-on approach to every project. His background covers solids control, fluid transfer, environmental cleanup, and logistics, making him a key part of Trovec’s operations team.


Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and of course as a big LSU fan, attending every game possible.

Connie Rodriguez - HSE Manager

Connie Rodriguez brings over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has led the development, implementation, and management of programs that promote safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplaces. Connie is responsible for creating and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, providing hands-on training, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.


In 2016, Connie was honored with the Texas Mutual Safety Award in recognition of her exceptional leadership and dedication to workplace safety. She studied at Odessa College and Sul Ross State University, building a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that supports her success today.


Connie is passionate about fostering a culture where safety is second nature and firmly believes that protecting people and the environment go hand in hand.
